Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store uses Shopify Payments, which is PCI compliant and supports secure checkout processes. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination address and the items ordered, as required by state and local laws. The exact sales tax amount (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

Do I have to pay VAT or duties for international orders?

Yes, some orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (customer). We do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes during checkout for international orders, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's policies before placing your order.

Can I customize or personalize any design?

We offer personalization options only for specific items found in our dedicated "Personalization" section. If a product is listed in that section, you'll see options to add your custom text or details. Unfortunately, we cannot offer customization or personalization for items outside of that specific collection at this time.
